BENEDICT 'BENDY' GARRETT

​

I have over 20 years of practical gym & fitness training and application, including competition preparation, marathon training, classes, hypertrophy and physique maintenance for professional modelling & performing.

​

Qualifying as a fitness professional in 2006, I successfully completed courses on Personal Training & Advanced Instruction, Gym Instruction, Nutrition and Weight Management, Torso Training & Core Stability and Circuit Training.

​

My training and consultancy draws on more than just my expertise in the fitness industry, but on many aspects of my professional and personal lives.  I've had a wide career as a professional actor on stage and screen, as a feature performer with the UK's largest male stripper group, 'The Dreamboys', as a physique and underwear model, as teacher and Head of Personal, Social and Health education in several London schools, as a sexual activist and advisor on issues relating to sex, sex education and sexuality on radio, TV, in the press & at universities, and as a renowned sex worker in adult film productions & escorting.

As a result of my diverse background, I fully understand the multiple reasons that you may have for wanting to become physically fit.  Whether it is to be more attractive or sexy, for confidence, for professional reasons, to improve your health, your relationship, to be better in bed, to lose fat, to overcome a specific injury, to feel better about yourself or to improve your mental state.  Whatever your motive and goal, you can rest assured that I will help you to achieve it in an open and non-judgemental atmosphere, using my holistic approach to tweaking your fitness & nutritional regime and lifestyle to ensure achievable and long-lasting results.

It's about creating a bespoke and holistic lifestyle plan that is catered precisely to you.

Achieving and maintaining a healthy & fit life incorporates three main collaborative components:

  • Nutrition

  • Lifestyle

​

They cannot exist in isolation, all three must be taken into close consideration in achieving your goals.

As well as providing personal training for your exercise regime, we will also be closely fine-tuning your diet and examining all aspects of your lifestyle.

I don't call myself a 'personal trainer', I am YOUR Fitness and Lifestyle Coach, providing one-to-one online training & consultations and being available 7 days a week to advise & guide.
