What a fantastic night of fun and frivolity at the Radisson Blu in Glasgow last night as Tartan Partnerships staged their first ever Big Gay Ball, hosted by myself and Drag artist, Nancy Clench.

It was a night full of entertainment, with performances from the Honeys dance group, the Paisley Musical Operatic Society and The Soulkings. Plus a few ditties from Nancy and even a modified version of 'One Night In Bangkok' from myself to open the event.

The event also raised money through an auction and raffle, with all proceeds going to three amazing charities - the Equality Network, LGBT Youth Scotland and Waverley Care. This included a winning bid of £750 for a dinner date with yours truly!

Following the Big Gay Lunch, this is one of many regular events planned by Tartan Partnerships, so keep your eye out for more, as well as at venues in other cities across Scotland!
